Industrial track

As a part of KMO 2008, the track "Industrial Application on Knowledge Management" (IAKM) will be a forum for high quality presentations on innovative applications and engineering solutions of Knowledge Management and Collaborative Environments in Organizations.

Authors should submit industry papers (8 pages maximum per paper) with the same formatting rules as research papers. Like research track, 2-3 reviews of submissions will be provided to authors during notification. Acceptance criteria will be innovativeness of software, solutions, services and the potential of impact.

Submission instructions

PhD Workshop (a parallel session of the conference)

Authors are invited to submit their work related to their PhD work.

Papers cannot exceed 4 pages in length.  One author per paper is required to register and attend the conference to present the paper if it is accepted for publication.

This workshop seeks to bring together researchers and practitioners to share their recent ideas and progresses. The workshop will be centered on the discussion of three major aspects:

  1. foundations, methods and technologies for pushing forward the state-of-the-art;
  2. performance evaluation and related principles, methodologies and tools;
  3. identification of important issues and future research directions.
